1. Punctuality and Attendance

Students are expected to attend all classes, labs, and scheduled activities punctually. Consistent attendance is crucial for academic success. Absences must be reported with valid reasons and documented as per the college's attendance policy.

2. Academic Integrity

Academic honesty is paramount. Plagiarism, cheating, and any form of dishonesty in exams, assignments, or projects are strictly prohibited. Students must uphold the highest standards of integrity and originality in their academic work.

3.No Smoking

As a measure of abundant caution, students are informed that smoking, consumption of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicant by whatsoever name called within the Institute and/or its hostels is strictly prohibited by law. Any student(s) found indulging in any such activity shall forthwith be expelled from the Institute, without exception.

4. Respectful Behavior

All students must conduct themselves respectfully towards peers, faculty, and staff. Disruptive behavior, harassment, and bullying are unacceptable. The college fosters a respectful environment where everyone feels valued and safe.

5. Dress Code

Students are required to adhere to a modest and professional dress code during academic and official events. Proper attire reflects a serious approach to learning and professional development.

6. Use of College Property

Students must handle college property and resources with care. Any damage or misuse of property must be reported immediately. Students are responsible for the condition of any items they borrow.

7. Prohibited Activities

Activities that disrupt the learning environment, including the use of electronic devices in class without permission, are prohibited. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco on campus is strictly forbidden.

8. Compliance with Rules

Students are expected to comply with all college rules and regulations, including those related to examinations, library use, and campus conduct. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action as per the college's disciplinary policies.

9. Conflict Resolution

Any conflicts or grievances should be addressed through appropriate channels. Students are encouraged to resolve issues amicably and seek assistance from faculty or the administration if needed.

10. Personal Responsibility

Students must take personal responsibility for their behavior and academic progress. They should seek guidance when necessary and strive to maintain a balance between academic responsibilities and personal conduct.

Rules – General Information

All students admitted to the Institute will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Institute from time to time. Accordingly students are advised to fully acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations of the institute prior to seeking admission. A candidate who furnishes particulars which are found to be false or suppressed material information, will not be considered for admission and if he / she has been admitted on such information, notwithstanding legal action, his / her admission shall stand cancelled and all his / her fees forfeited.

A student seeking admission to the Institute should exercise his / her option with due care. No change in stream will be allowed once the student has been admitted to the institute after the last date of admission notified by the competent authority.
