Employment is the main focus for any country/society/college, particularly engineering & Management college.
Because just to give the best education or training to the students is not enough. The system has to provide a platform to the students to implement & explore their skill in professional field.
On 24th February 2020, The Shri Ram College Of Engineering & Management hosted its job fair on the college campus. Over 150+ students have participated through on-spot registration facility. It was purely free of cost to get students placed. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries i.e Director-Principal Prof. (Dr.) SK Gupta, Ex-Principal of GPW, Faridabad, Social Activist and Senior B.J.P Leader Dr. (Ms.) Naveen Rohilla, Company recruiters and faculty members of college. Collaborating organizations are:-

The job fair was for Diploma/B.Tech, M.Tech engineering, BBA MBA , MCA , B.Sc, BCA, ITI consisted of both Pursuing & pass out students for all streams. Companies also started coming early in the morning. We have provided all facilities to the industries for conducting their recruitment process. The process of recruitment was varying industries to industries; most of the industry representatives have followed all their process like written test, Group Discussion, Personal Interviews etc. A list of companies and its requirement was displayed near the registration desk. So that students can identify their choice of company.
Our students acted and dressed professionally. The employers even commented on how well most of the first-year students were prepared for the Job Fair.”
Results at the end of day of job fair was pleasant that 50 students got shortlisted with the respective companies.
In fact, it was a pleasant experience for college and we think organizing such a job fair is very important for our unemployed youths.
